Welcome to the SonicMind support pages.
SonicMind is the technology and the App that powers your SonicMind-capable device and empowers you to control your analog gear.
Once you have your SonicMind-capable device, the first thing to do is connect it to the SonicMind App!
The App is available for download free-of-charge from either the AppStore (for iOS users) or the Play Store (for Android users). The SonicMind App has been built to work on any compatible mobile device – though, due to the larger screen size, we recommend using a tablet, if possible.
Once you’ve installed the App, you’ll need to connect your device to it and register it with SonicMind. This will enable us to be able to keep each connected SonicMind device up-to-date and operating perfectly.
The latest version of manuals for SonicMind-capable devices should be available from the respective manufacturers’ websites. However, as the Pioneer Platform for the control of SonicMind-capable devices, we have also made the LAA Custom SmartSwitcher manual available below.
